About the Role
The Vice President, CRM & Platforms Lead will develop and manage a distribution innovation stack, including the administration of Salesforce CRM and other emerging technologies. This role will report to the Head of Sales Enablement and is responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap for CRM and other platforms, monitoring system usage, identifying improvement opportunities, providing training, and building platform-related reporting and analytics. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to capture high-priority initiatives, design process enhancements in Salesforce, and manage resources for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior thought partner to the Head of Sales Enablement and the Distribution COO, focusing on usability, adoption, and analytics impact.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify opportunities for improving sales productivity, coverage, and execution, and translate these into platform and data solutions.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding, including data architecture, and translate technical issues into requirements across business units.
- Collaborate with IT resources and leverage AI to architect solutions.
- Define epics for development and deployment, maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Manage sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
- Ensure maintenance of ongoing CRM & Sales Enablement process documentation and system configurations.
- Audit CRM data quality through validation rules, KPI dashboards, and bulk data processing.
- Recommend optimal ways to drive business and marketing engagement, such as lead engagement.
- Manage the CRM Associate, overseeing user engagement, support, requirements gathering, ticket management, testing, delivery, and ad hoc project support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B Salesforce administration experience; asset management industry experience is preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for business analysis and articulating problem statements and solutions.
- Adept at communicating complex concepts and collaborating with business partners to co-develop and lead CRM deliverables.
- Ability to develop and maintain roadmaps and identify technical and systemic dependencies for structuring initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience effectively leading, developing, and managing people is preferred.
- Experience integrating Marketing Automation tools.
- Knowledge and familiarity with industry software and tools for Sales and Marketing such as Tableau, Agentic AI, Marketo, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dialpad, Responsive, and Allego.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Agrees to comply with the firm’s hybrid work policy, requiring reporting to the New York City office four (4) days per week, with one (1) remote workday permitted.
