About the Role
This entry-level role in the Publicis Media Operations team focuses on financial administration for campaign approvals, bookings, reconciliation, and invoicing. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, committed, and enjoys working with data and figures in a vibrant media agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across multiple teams and departments.
- Maintain a central folder containing client approval of media plans.
- Input all campaign budgets into the invoicing system and match them to the correct client Purchase Order number to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment.
- Set up campaigns on Prisma each month and handle any ad hoc changes.
- Complete administrative tasks to ensure campaigns go live on time and monitor delivery.
- Investigate and resolve (or escalate) vendor invoice queries promptly, supporting buyers in query resolution.
- Develop a basic understanding of all media to identify errors on plans received from other teams.
- Proactively contribute to team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop a sound knowledge of all necessary tools and systems.

- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and databases.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks accurately.
- Able to assimilate information quickly and adhere to processes and best practices.
