About the Role
CRJ seeks compassionate and dependable Community Corrections Workers (Program Monitors) to support individuals in our care. This entry-level position offers valuable training for career advancement and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Perform general reception duties, including signing residents in and out, answering calls, greeting visitors, and conducting telephone spot checks.
- Enter documentation into SecurManage.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Conduct scheduled house rounds for life and safety checks.
- Perform nightly bed checks.
- Conduct bag, pat, and room searches.
- Monitor resident daily details.
- Collect urine samples per schedule and complete associated documentation.
- Administer alco-sensor tests.
- Serve as a pro-social role model to support resident behavior change.
- Effectively convey information and respond to resident concerns, needs, and complaints.
- Attend required training and staff meetings.
- Perform other job-related projects and activities as requested or directed.
