About the Role
Spotfire is seeking a marketing professional to support global growth and market adoption. This role involves close partnership with Product, Sales, and GTM teams to position Spotfire as an essential solution for complex business problems. The team values clear communication, rapid execution, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onsite operations at trade shows, regional events, and meetups, including booth setup, vendor coordination, materials packing/shipping, and staff support.
- Manage logistics for virtual events and webinars, including setting up event links, tracking registrations, and providing backend support during live broadcasts.
- Prepare and assist with onsite lead-capture tools to ensure seamless attendee registration and data collection.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns to drive attendance, including drafting social media copy, organizing email invite lists, and distributing promotional toolkits.
- Execute event-related social media posts, including live-tweeting/posting from events, capturing photos/videos, and highlighting key speakers or sessions.
- Monitor and respond to event-related social tags, hashtags, and attendee engagement across corporate channels.
- Clean, format, and prepare attendee lists for prompt CRM upload.
- Ensure event leads are correctly assigned and routed to the appropriate sales representatives within HubSpot.
- Work with sales reps and sales managers to monitor lead status, send reminder nudges, and ensure timely outreach.
- Help gather event metrics, social engagement rates, lead volume, and follow-up data to track campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant technical/industry fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing support, event coordination, social media management, or sales operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Hands-on experience managing professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, X) and social scheduling management tools.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
- Working knowledge or familiarity with ZoomInfo (or similar prospecting/data enrichment platforms) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with virtual event and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars).
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning, formatting, and basic formulas.
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30% for onsite event execution.
