About the Role
Serve as a technical expert and operational consultant for Publica's system, assisting clients in maximizing product potential, troubleshooting issues, and acting as a liaison between end-users and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in leveraging the product to its fullest potential.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting unexpected behavior.
- Serve as the liaison between end-users and internal product and engineering teams.
- Author clear technical documentation that empowers clients to self-serve.
Requirements
- Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and an analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing technical role.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to translate and explain complex technical concepts to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL for data investigation with experience using tools like MySQL, Amazon Athena, or Databricks.
- Competence using Excel for data manipulation, visualization, and client reporting.
