About the Role
Play a key role in one of London's most iconic experiences by leading the Ride team at the London Eye. Ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and a supportive environment for colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Ride department.
- Lead and support the Ride team.
- Operate the attraction on a rota basis.
- Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding experience.
- Manage ticket scanning.
- Support accurate attendance reporting and profit protection.
- Oversee the safe and efficient loading of guests.
- Maintain high standards of safety, guest experience, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor within a customer-focused environment.
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- The ability to motivate, develop, and support a team.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working in a busy operational environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A strong commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.
- 18 years or older due to health and safety requirements.
