About the Role

SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on creating checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. We are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give people back their most valuable asset, time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of a location, ensuring parking operations align with contractual guidelines and company policies.
  • Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
  • Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
  • Assist with management duties as assigned.
  • Provide courteous customer assistance.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks.
  • Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other materials.
  • Substitute for any position as needed.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
  • Complete other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimal months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to speak clearly, listen, get clarification, and respond well to questions.
  • Ability to write clearly and informatively.
  • Ability to read and interpret written information.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and respond to requests for service and assistance.
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
  • Possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk.
  • Occasional ability to climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
