About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to site needs while reflecting Allied Universal’s values.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading docks, trailer areas, parking lots, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the facility and verify authorized personnel, visitors, contractors, and drivers in accordance with site requirements.
Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions, and promptly report concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
