About the Role
The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team's effectiveness and performance. This position provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the campaign lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing campaigns from proposal to completion, coordinating communication between sales departments, producing reports, and assisting with sales lead management and client inquiries to help achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in processing contracts, revisions, and other sales documents accurately.
- Ensure all sales documents are complete, organized, and properly filed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments (e.g., Finance, Routing, Production) and external clients for sales-related inquiries and prompt issue resolution.
- Accurately enter and manage sales data to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in campaign analysis during and after execution.
Requirements
- A college or university diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an asset; knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions offered in Quebec.
