About the Role
As a Senior Sales Operations Associate on the Revenue Tools & Data Intelligence team, you will own initiatives to enhance seller efficiency through improved tooling, data quality, and scalable operational processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Sales Leadership, CRM Technology, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define business needs, evaluate options, implement solutions, drive adoption, and refine the systems supporting the revenue organization.
Responsibilities
- Define process gaps, tooling needs, and data quality issues; evaluate tradeoffs, and translate them into clear operational or technical requirements and recommended solutions
- Improve and strengthen CRM data quality through cleansing, structuring, enrichment, governance, account maintenance, and execution of account assignments aligned with business rules and evolving team needs
- Manage and improve third-party tools that support our sales team, including evaluating needs through launch, and supporting adoption and effective utilization
- Partner with CRM Technology, Product, Engineering, and other technical teams to prioritize, scope, test, launch, and drive adoption of tools and workflows for Sales and cross-functional partners
- Use AI-enabled tools and workflows to prototype solutions, accelerate analysis, improve documentation, and make operational work more efficient
Requirements
- Ability to operate effectively across systems, tooling, and data workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including data structure, business process support, and customization beyond basic out-of-the-box usage
- Experience improving and strengthening data quality and operational rigor through process standardization, governance, and workflow optimization
- Ability to define business requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and recommend scalable operational or technical solutions
- Experience partnering with technical teams and cross functional partners to deliver automation, tooling improvements, or system enhancements through launch and adoption
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with large datasets and tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets, or Excel.
- Strong project management, communication, and prioritization skills; comfort resolving ambiguity and managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to serve as a go-to resource on revenue tooling, CRM, and data workflows, and to coach teammates on processes and best practices

Salary/Compensations
- Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $130,000-$196,000 annually
- Zone B: $124,000-$186,000 annually
- Zone C: $111,000-$167,000 annually
- Eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
