About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Scheduler for LEAG Clean Power GmbH (m/f/d) for our Gas/H2ready power plant and battery projects, with the option to work at our Cottbus, Berlin-Kreuzberg, Leipzig-Lippendorf, or Dresden locations. Mobile work is enabled.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and develop complex project schedules from the bidding phase through to commissioning.
- Take over the overall schedule control and monitoring of our battery and power plant projects.
- Analyze project progress, identify deviations, and develop countermeasures.
- Create schedule forecasts and reports, manage deviations within scheduling tasks, and act as a contact and input provider for project reporting.
- Support project management in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the central contact and subject matter expert within the project team for all scheduling and control-related questions.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Energy/Process Engineering, Business Engineering) or a comparable technical qualification.
- Several years of experience in scheduling large industrial plants, ideally in the construction of gas power plants or comparable energy generation facilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of project management methods (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2).
- Responsible and structured approach, maintaining composure during critical project phases.
- Proactive, solution-oriented work style and appreciation for constructive teamwork.
- German language skills at least at C1 level, English at least B1.
- Proficient in using M365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
