About the Role

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You will lead from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building a strong and motivated team, and consistently delivering results. You will balance business goals with people leadership, developing your team and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels
• Coach, train, and develop your team to keep performance strong and consistent
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges
• Manage team scheduling to keep the store running efficiently
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support daily operations, including stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
• Build an engaged, inclusive team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service
• Deep interest in fashion
• Natural leader with a growth mindset
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days
