About the Role
Join our Trade and Working Capital Product team to shape solutions supporting businesses across the UK and internationally. Influence products that help clients manage liquidity, fund trade flows, and support growth. As a Trade Finance Product Manager, you will support the development and delivery of the Trade product strategy within Business & Commercial Banking, ensuring strong customer outcomes and compliance with internal governance. Enhance product journeys through policy, process, and customer experience improvements, while supporting the growth and evolution of our Structured Trade Lending proposition. Drive innovation, improve customer experiences, and contribute to the future success of our Trade business.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of the Trade product strategy within Business & Commercial Banking.
- Ensure strong customer outcomes and compliance with internal governance requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues across the bank and external partners to enhance product journeys through policy, process and customer experience improvements.
- Support the ongoing growth and evolution of our Structured Trade Lending proposition.
- Drive innovation, improve customer experiences, and contribute to the future success of our Trade business.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience within Core Trade with a focus on Trade Finance.
- Proven experience in commercial product management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insight to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, functions and external partners.
