About the Role
Client Servicing Subject Matter Experts are domain experts who act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. They leverage expertise in Clearwater systems and processes to configure solutions for investment accounting and reporting needs for large clients. These trusted experts make decisions, contribute to client success, and provide instruction to team members.
Responsibilities
- Translate client business requirements into system applications, process design, implementation materials/training, and SOPs.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and thorough responses to inquiries in written and verbal contexts, simplifying complex topics.
- Communicate and collaborate with a global team to resolve complex problems and client inquiries.
- Strategize with development teams to enhance product offerings, improve client onboarding, shorten delivery periods, and develop scalable processes.
- Provide mentorship and training, and design/implement training materials and SOPs.
- Proactively work towards continuous improvement of processes, procedures, tools, and resources.
- Manage and complete assigned projects, coordinating necessary resources.
- Contribute to knowledge base and SOP documentation to drive client self-service.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge in area of expertise.

- Ability to own multiple projects simultaneously and achieve goals creatively.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.

Experience Level
- 1+ years relevant experience
Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance-related field, or experience in relevant area of specialization.
Salary/Compensations
- $88,800.00 - $115,200.00
