About the Role

This role is part of the Strategy, Transformation & Growth Team, acting as the firm’s central nervous system to build scalable infrastructure and data-backed frameworks. It ensures strategic choices and unique brand differentiating experiences are translated into repeatable, optimized market performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end mapping of specific client journeys, translating BU marketing plans into detailed tactical flows.
  • Develop and maintain a library of 'Standard Journey' templates for repeatable, high-quality execution.
  • Ensure every tactic within a campaign is technically and narratively connected to the next logical step in the client journey.
  • Monitor campaign health and make immediate tactical adjustments to maximize engagement.
  • Define and implement segmentation and dynamic content rules for campaign personalization.
  • Partner closely with BU Marketers to ensure designed journeys reflect business needs.
  • Work across the Digital Experience team to ensure technical setup aligns with strategic intent.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex multi-touch journeys.
  • Synthesize campaign-level insights into actionable feedback for BU stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the content team on the development of all necessary campaign assets.
  • Serve as direct supervisor and mentor to direct reports.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of direct reports, ensuring compliance with work hours and firm policies.
  • Manage staffing coverage, review and process time logs/time off requests.
  • Support business professional development and continued educational opportunities.
  • Participate in hiring, performance appraisals, counseling, termination and other employee lifecycle events.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications after orientation.
  • Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required.
  • Ability to travel, as required.
  • 7+ years applicable experience in the field.
  • 2+ years of exempt/management experience in relevant roles.
  • Ability to work more independently, demonstrate escalating ownership and mastery of assigned area.
  • Become a resource and mentor to others.
  • Demonstrated success in design and mapping of customer journeys across the client lifecycle.
  • Advise on marketing/channel mix to support and optimize end-to-end buying journeys.
  • Advanced data storytelling skills, including ability to distill insights and identify opportunities to optimize campaign/channel effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, web, orchestration, analytics, and project management technologies.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Prior legal industry or professional services experience.
