Responsibilities
- Build an advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, CTO, and CIO.
- Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies encompassing the entire SAP ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers.
- Demonstrate a track record for successful leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
- Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incident management, with a focus on C-level executives.
- Lead executive committee meetings with customer stakeholders to monitor delivery progress and customer support experience, emphasizing a proactive agenda.
- Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA private and/or public cloud and enterprise technology, and promote Accenture with customers, at conferences, and online.
- Exhibit technical leadership in motivating delivery teams to meet customer expectations by providing workarounds and quickly resolving technical issues.
- Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, security, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution.
- Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, engineering, and more.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies, IT Consulting/Support, Systems Administration, Network Operations, Software Development/Support, Technology Solutions, Practice Development, Architecture, and/or Consulting.
- Minimum of 6 years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- Possess a Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
- Prior experience supporting the Consumer Goods Industry and clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience).
- Professional experience architecting and operating cloud-based solutions.
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy (SAP ECC) customer solutions to the cloud.
- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies including DevOps and DevSecOps.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
- Experience in technology/software sales or pre-sales consulting.
- Experience with a programming or scripting language.
- Hands-on experience developing AI/ML applications on cloud infrastructure.
