About the Role
Become a leader in the premier sales force for the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG), bringing market-leading Google Cloud solutions to clients. This role involves guiding clients through significant technology transformations and unlocking new possibilities by driving the end-to-end sales process, building a robust pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, negotiation.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline.
- Work with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, alliances/partners, marketing).
- Represent the company as a trusted advisor, matching solutions to client needs.
- Help clients harness cutting-edge technologies like Data & AI, modernization, and Generative AI.
- Establish relationships with clients from C-suite executives to technical leaders.
- Quickly identify business challenges that align with powerful, ready-to-deploy solutions.
- Forge new client partnerships and drive a high-velocity sales motion to expand customer base.
- Achieve rapid growth in the mid-market customer segment.
- Deliver and execute compelling, high-impact proposals showcasing business value and rapid time-to-value.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Sales Engineer to validate technical fit and accelerate deal closure.
- Orchestrate an efficient end-to-end sales process, mastering a high-speed cycle from discovery to close.
- Maintain deep, trusted relationships across multiple client accounts and the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years professional sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience selling complex cloud solutions and/or technology consulting services.
- Minimum 5 years selling Google Cloud and related services with a proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing deals with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $500K or more.
- Excellent communication, executive presence and presentation skills.
- Experience building and managing C-level executive relationships.
- Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including leading and coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g. pre-sales, solution, partners), from lead generation and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closure.
