About the Role

This role requires advanced hands-on development, technical design, and architecture. You will own and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and architects, working as part of a dynamic mobile team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. You will also improve software engineering practices, contribute expertise on evolving technology, and provide mentorship to junior, intermediate, and senior mobile associates.

Improve software engineering practices – work within agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies
Contribute expertise on how evolving technology affects domain
Provide mentorship to Junior, Intermediate, and Senior mobile associates

Requirements

At least 6 years of hands-on development of Native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
At least 6 years of experience with application design, technical architecture/design and development
Experience leading and mentoring Junior/Intermediate Associates and guidance to technical and business stakeholders
8+ Years of experience leading the full life-cycle of Software Development
Exposure to AWS or other cloud products
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience in open source frameworks
