About the Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales & Growth Coordinator to support our sales team's day-to-day operations and business development efforts. A key part of this role involves managing and maintaining our HubSpot CRM system, ensuring accurate data, smooth workflows, and reliable reporting to help the sales team perform at its best.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the CRM
- Monitor and clean up duplicate or outdated records
- Set up and manage workflows, pipelines, and deal stages
- Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and pipeline health
- Support the sales team with CRM training and troubleshooting
- Proactively track deal stages, flag stalled opportunities, and coordinate next steps with the sales team
- Manage timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to keep opportunities moving
- Coordinate opportunities across the sales team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist with preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Assist with tenders, proposals, presentations, and sales collateral
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-up
- Coordinate with marketing on lead handoffs and campaign tracking within HubSpot
- Prepare sales reports and summaries for management
- Conduct research on prospective organisations and target markets to identify new business opportunities
- Identify and build lists of key contacts within target accounts
- Support the sales team in qualifying and prioritising leads for outreach
- Compile market and competitor insights to inform business development strategy
- Maintain up-to-date records of prospecting activity and findings within HubSpot
- Respond to customer inquiries and route them appropriately
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and correspondence
- Support onboarding of new sales team members on CRM processes
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with sales reporting and pipeline analysis
- Familiarity with sales processes, tender/bid processes, and terminology
- Experience with prospect or market research
Skills
- HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms)
- HubSpot certification(s) (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certification)
