About the Role

Our Deals Tax team collaborates with the Deals practice to offer tax advice on various projects, including Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. We seek a Manager for our Real Assets & Credit tax team within the Real Estate group. Responsibilities

Act as overall deal architect, making decisions on content, tone, and focus of reports, and taking responsibility for successful project delivery and management.
Collaborate with partners and directors to identify opportunities for additional services and proactively manage project risk profiles when leading proposals and initiating new work.
Set the standard for coaching on projects, prioritizing team member development and upskilling.
Invest in client relationships and key stakeholders to understand their business concerns and priorities.

Requirements

Experience working on Real Estate projects for key clients or a track record of advising on UK corporate tax.
Experience leading and coaching others.
Experience in building and leveraging internal and external relationships and networks.
Developed communication skills, including negotiating with and influencing others.
Possess Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international or legal professional qualification, or have equivalent work experience.
Available for Work Visa Sponsorship.
