About the Role
As an Investment Product Management Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting Vanguard Canada’s ETF lineup. You’ll combine analytical rigor with strategic storytelling—partnering across investment management, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure our products remain competitive, relevant, and client-focused. Responsibilities
- Serve as a product subject matter expert, responding to complex fund, advisor, and market inquiries with clarity and insight
- Lead and enhance support processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate stakeholder experience
- Partner with marketing and distribution to create compelling, data-driven content that differentiates Vanguard’s investment offerings
- Conduct ongoing competitor research to inform positioning, identify market opportunities, and support sales enablement
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with investment teams, sales, marketing, legal, and operations
- Contribute to thought leadership and help translate complex investment concepts into clear, client-friendly narratives
- Analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to inform product strategy and business decisions
- Produce and maintain high-impact reporting on product performance, market dynamics, and industry developments
- Continuously build expertise in investment analysis, capital markets, and presentation delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in the investment management or financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated interest in investment products, portfolio construction, and capital markets
