About the Role
The Lead Supervisor supports store leadership in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence. This role is key to the store’s leadership structure, coaching and developing team members in alignment with district priorities and Coach values.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships.
- Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors.
- Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to associates to elevate beverage craft, selling, and service skills.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures, ordering and inventory management, food safety, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Uphold Coach’s brand values and ensure a consistent luxury experience while acting as an ambassador in the local market/mall.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
- Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
