About the Role
At Bright Healthy Smiles, we believe every patient deserves an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding care.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Pediatric Dentist during clinical procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family
- Working collaboratively with the front office and clinical teams to keep the schedule running efficiently
Requirements
- Dental Assisting experience
- Pediatric office experience preferred
- Dental Assistant certification preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished appearance
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Coachable with a desire to continue learning and growing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
