About the Role
Join the Digital - Engineering Team at Flair as a QA Analyst, where quality, collaboration, and technology come together to deliver reliable solutions that support both our customers and our business. You will test and validate new features to ensure they meet business requirements and provide a seamless user experience. Working closely with developers, Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, DevOps, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to improving software quality throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and collaborative QA professional who enjoys problem-solving and is passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with developers to replicate and resolve issues promptly.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to provide input on quality concerns.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate test progress, results, and risks effectively to all relevant parties.
- Monitor software performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Analyze customer feedback and production issues to identify areas for quality enhancement.
Requirements
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.
Skills
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience using test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience with database and API testing using SQL, Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.

Experience Level
