About the Role

Our front desk coordinators are the champions of our patient experience. Your role extends beyond the front desk, shaping the lasting impression that defines our standard of care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care.
  • Answer phones promptly and respond to messages.
  • Manage schedules, including inputting and confirming patient appointments.
  • Enter new patient records and update ledgers using Denticon.
  • Collect co-payments and verify insurance eligibility (PPO/FFS).
  • Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with various office duties as directed by the Practice Manager.

Requirements

  • Prior dental experience required.
  • Pediatric or orthodontic experience preferred.
  • A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules as required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
