About the Role
Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. You will assist your manager in maintaining smooth operations to swiftly serve our customers. Your dedication significantly contributes to our customers' satisfaction and desire to return. No experience is required as we will provide training.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, including assistance and issue resolution.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service.
- Use tools and equipment for facility cleaning and maintenance, including equipment repair (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration), pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
- Move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Work in various temperatures.
