About the Role

Reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a community that values integrity, inspires growth, and is uniquely positioned to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem. We're looking for a Strategic Operations professional to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Produce insights and reporting that inform leadership decision-making.
  • Synthesize customer, market, and internal data into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive operational excellence and transformation, for example, process standardization, change management, transformation roadmaps, capacity and resource management, and governance forums in partnership with leadership.
  • Coordinate resources, timelines, and interdependencies across Evidence Solutions and adjacent functions as initiatives require.
  • Identify, scope, and execute special projects within the Strategic Operations portfolio as prioritized by leadership.
  • Generate and champion initiatives based on quantitative findings, leadership priorities, and partner team needs.
  • Identify, prioritize, and scope AI and automation opportunities across Evidence Solutions, Sales, Marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Serve as a hands-on resource for teams adopting an "automation-first" mindset to solve operational and workflow challenges.
  • Develop non-technical solutions for prioritized use cases; implement tools, document capabilities, and support adoption where you are engaged.
  • Quantify impact in terms of efficiency, scalability, and margin.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams so AI initiatives align with broader organizational priorities and connect across teams and systems.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in life sciences consulting, commercial strategy, business operations, tech/health tech operations, or a related field, with scope appropriate to level.
  • Demonstrated experience scoping and delivering strategic or operational projects—from internal special projects with senior stakeholder partnership to client-facing or consulting-style work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for leadership audiences.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity: defining problem statements, work plans, and deliverables from scratch.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and see initiatives through from conception to adoption.
  • Analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets, BI tools, CRM or operational data, and/or building dashboards or reports (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Credal, n8n) with direct experience building automation scripts or agents, and strong aptitude and eagerness to build on these skills as the tooling landscape rapidly evolves.
  • Experience partnering with or supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., delivery, commercial, sales, marketing).
  • Experience in healthcare, biotech, pharma, or highly regulated industries.
  • Background in management consulting, professional services, or delivery operations.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy, market sizing, business case development, or operational playbooks and governance.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project/resource management systems (Salesforce, Kantata, Jira, or similar).
  • Passion for cancer care or mission-driven organizations.
