About the Role
As a Consultant at Putnam, you will help lead and manage a team of Associate & Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects across all practice areas. You will interact with clients to understand problems, develop and refine hypotheses, and lead daily operations for analysis and synthesis into key findings and actionable recommendations. You will also coach junior staff on project execution and management.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand problems, and develop and refine hypotheses to test
- Break down and structure complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team’s work
- Lead the daily operations of the team in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendation and participate in delivering these recommendations to our clients
- Prepare and deliver key findings and recommendations against key business problem to clients
- Coach junior staff on project execution and management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience or 2 years with an advanced degree
- Proven analytic abilities
- Presentation skills
- Team management experience
- Team-oriented attitude
- Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
