About the Role
easyJet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Optimised Flying digital product area, focusing on improving fuel performance and operational efficiency through data and AI.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for a broad, complex technology product domain.
- Own the product mission budget, securing and efficiently allocating resources.
- Build trusted relationships with executive leadership across Flight Operations, Ground Ops, Safety, and Engineering.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from user discovery to technical delivery.
- Translate complex operations into prioritized backlogs.
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad of engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
- Track and scale direct impact on key metrics: fuel consumption, operating costs, and carbon emissions.
- Ensure all digital, data, and AI features adhere to aviation safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in complex, operational, digital, or safety-critical environments.
- Track record of deploying data, analytics, or AI products that deliver measurable commercial value and process efficiency.
- Deep mastery of agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence at the executive level.
- Self-starter who can identify opportunities to drive greater success for the team.
- Track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
