About the Role
The Village of Glendale Crossing in London, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Director of Wellness – Retirement to provide leadership and support for clinical services within the Retirement community.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and support leadership for the clinical services of Retirement.
- Lead assigned clinical programs including tracking and analyzing trends, leading education, and managing quality improvement of the program.
- Act as the Wellness Coordinator in his or her absence, directing all aspects of the nursing and clinical department.
- Provide specific Neighbourhood oversight including HCA, Service Plans, Move In, Re-Admission assessments, clinical follow up and support for assigned Neighbourhood team(s).
- Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and deliver high-quality service to residents, visitors, and team members.
Requirements
- Be in good standings with the CNO.
- Hold a valid RPN license.
- Geriatric nursing experience.
- Nursing leadership experience.

- CAD $ 59,740 to $ 66,000
