About the Role

The Village of Glendale Crossing in London, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Director of Wellness – Retirement to provide leadership and support for clinical services within the Retirement community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and support leadership for the clinical services of Retirement.
  • Lead assigned clinical programs including tracking and analyzing trends, leading education, and managing quality improvement of the program.
  • Act as the Wellness Coordinator in his or her absence, directing all aspects of the nursing and clinical department.
  • Provide specific Neighbourhood oversight including HCA, Service Plans, Move In, Re-Admission assessments, clinical follow up and support for assigned Neighbourhood team(s).
  • Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and deliver high-quality service to residents, visitors, and team members.

Requirements

  • Be in good standings with the CNO.
  • Hold a valid RPN license.
  • Geriatric nursing experience.
  • Nursing leadership experience.

Salary/Compensations

  • CAD $ 59,740 to $ 66,000
