Responsibilities
- Support core accounts payable processes, including invoice processing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Business Units and Procurement teams.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day administrative activities within the team.
- Contribute to projects focused on automation, process optimization, and digitalization.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with at least two semesters of studies left.
- Strong interest in finance and accounting.
- Organized and meticulous working style paired with proactivity.
- Flexible and adaptive to new tasks and challenges.
- Outcome-orientated and willing to learn.
- Team player with great communication skills.
- Availability to work across four days per week is preferred.
Skills
- SAP user experience (nice to have)
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Fluent in English
- Additional European language skills (plus)
Work Type
- Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Fixed-term contract of twelve months
- Potential to increase hours to 38/week during term break
Education Level
- Enrolled student in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with at least two semesters of studies left.
