About the Role
This position is responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing complex data solutions. This role leads the development of sophisticated data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics platforms while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, efficient data architectures.

- Implement data quality frameworks and monitoring systems.
- Ensure compliance with data regulations and standards.
- Analyze and optimize system performance for large-scale data operations.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and implement robust solutions.
- Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data literacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in Data engineering, big data technologies, cloud platforms.
