About the Role

Join a collaborative finance team where you’ll contribute to core accounting operations, helping maintain the integrity of financial systems and reports. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with daily transactions, reconciliations, and vendor relations while developing your skills in a structured and supportive environment. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to core accounting operations
• Maintain the integrity of financial systems and reports
• Gain hands-on experience with daily transactions, reconciliations, and vendor relations
• Build foundational accounting skills
• Gain exposure to banking operations, including armored car services, check processing, and service fee reconciliation
• Contribute to monthly reporting processes through journal entry preparation and account reviews
• Support cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as a key contact for internal customer service needs and credit card task support
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop professional relationships with global and local finance partners

Requirements

• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to stay organized while managing recurring financial tasks and responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems
• A self-starter approach with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced setting
