About the Role

Join a collaborative finance team where your accounting expertise will support key reporting processes and internal control initiatives. Analyze policies, support departmental metrics, and lead improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to policy enhancements and recommend process improvements that strengthen financial controls
• Take the lead on departmental projects that boost efficiency and performance
• Play a key role in tracking and driving progress toward departmental goals and KPIs
• Support and guide account reconciliation efforts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
• Collaborate on the creation and revision of internal control documentation and workflow standards
• Provide insightful financial and ad hoc reporting to support leadership decision- making
• Gain exposure to the financial close process and contribute to high-impact business initiatives

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of related experience
