About the Role
A family is seeking a warm and caring housekeeper/nanny to help manage their household and care for their three young children. The role involves supporting daily routines, housekeeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of the home.
Responsibilities
- Assist with morning routines for older children going to school.
- Provide care for the newborn, including nap schedules, feeding, diapering, and hygiene.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including daily tidying and weekly deep cleaning.
- Establish and maintain organizational systems within the home.
- Collaborate with the existing nanny to ensure household efficiency.
- Manage family laundry.
- Prepare basic, family-style meals using healthy ingredients.
- Spend a few weeks per year in the Hamptons.
Requirements
- Must have US work authorization.
- Willingness to spend a few weeks annually in the Hamptons, with breaks between weeks.
- Ability to swim or supervise children in water is a plus.
- Driving is a plus but not required.
