About the Role
As a Sports Advisor (Sales Assistant), you will be the heart and soul of the customer experience, welcoming sports enthusiasts, guiding them through products and services, and ensuring a smooth shopping journey across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by sharing passion for sport, offering tips and experiences, and giving technical advice through product training.
- Assist customers in all aspects of retail shopping, both in-store and online, supporting the omnichannel business model.
- Manage stock levels and pricing autonomously, and maintain a high standard of merchandising to help customers find products easily.
- Collaborate effectively within a shop floor team, practicing sport and celebrating successes together.
