About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Technician to join our team working at Blackwall Reach Estate in London. You will join a team of 5 to deliver grounds, caretaking and cleaning duties across the development which consists of 11 buildings, a play area and grounds. We are looking for a reliable team player who can deliver a high-quality service that meets the needs of our customers. The role will be a mix of team and lone working.

Responsibilities

Identify and report any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained
Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and continue to be suitable for required tasks
Maintain stock levels and ensure requisitions are completed and authorised in a timely manner
Undertake cleaning duties in accordance with local and legislative procedures, serving as a first point of contact
Assist customers and respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet their expectations in accordance with service standards
Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives

Requirements

Literacy and numeracy equivalent to grade C GCSE English and Maths
British Institute Certificate in cleaning services or willing to work towards
Working knowledge and experience of undertaking general cleaning duties

£29,906 per year
