About the Role

Partner with a store manager to oversee daily retail store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives. Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services, and perform additional outreach and promotional activities. Receive best-in-class paid training for leadership success and gain experience coaching a team to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
Inspire team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
Utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
Take initiative and strive for results

Salary/Compensations

$47,500 - $71,300 + $18,000+ commissions yearly
