About the Role

Provider Relations Specialist - Community Services Eddy VNRA (Part-Time Days). This role serves as a community ambassador, building relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, referral sources, and local organizations to increase awareness of a program that provides safety, security, and peace of mind to individuals and families.

Responsibilities

  • Grow awareness and enrollment of the Trinity Health Alert Program throughout the community.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, senior centers, and referral partners.
  • Represent the program at community events, health fairs, networking opportunities, and educational presentations.
  • Identify new opportunities for outreach, partnership development, and program growth.
  • Educate prospective members and families on the benefits of personal emergency response services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies that increase market presence and enrollment.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with strong sales experience.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Passion for connecting with individuals and organizations in the community.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach strongly preferred.
