About the Role

St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY is seeking an experienced RN for the C3 Patient Logistics team. This full-time day position offers training for the right candidate who meets minimum requirements and demonstrates a desire to learn and grow. Responsibilities

  • Receive calls throughout the organization and externally to facilitate patient admissions.
  • Triage incoming calls.
  • Problem-solve and utilize critical thinking skills to deescalate situations, maintain customer service, and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Case Management team to ensure timely and accurate patient processing.
  • Travel to Samaritan and Albany Memorial Hospitals as needed, primarily during orientation.

Requirements

  • Current and valid NYS RN license.
  • Bachelor of Science in nursing, or a willingness to pursue a defined plan for matriculation demonstrated by ongoing coursework each semester.
  • 3 years of experience in an acute setting (critical care preferred).
  • Ability to orient during the week, Monday-Friday, on a flexible day schedule.

Salary/Compensations

  • $38.00-50.18/hr
