About the Role

As a senior Enterprise AI Value Strategist, you will advise clients on creating and capturing value from AI and data. You will define enterprise, industry-specific, and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, and shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy. This role involves embedding Responsible AI, leading tech-driven transformations, translating complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, and leading workstreams to tie AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders, helping clients plan, design, build, and ramp next-generation manufacturing facilities using AI. The role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, shaping, selling, and delivering large-scale greenfield and brownfield optimization programs.

Responsibilities

  • Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
  • Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
  • Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation and define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization.
  • Create the business case, investment profile, and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
  • Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop a plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define an operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
  • Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C suite, operations, and engineering leaders, guiding AI transformation projects for Manufacturing from concept design through commissioning.
  • Build and expand executive relationships across priority manufacturing accounts, driving sustained growth and value realization.
  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing programs that integrate engineering, supply chain, digital manufacturing, automation, and sustainability.
  • Oversee complex, multi-partner delivery ecosystems such as technology partners and cloud hyperscalers.
  • Drive the design and delivery of AI-powered manufacturing solutions including digital twins, automation, data platforms, and advanced analytics.
  • Lead the application of generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scalable use cases from shop floor to control tower and beyond.
  • Translate client business challenges into AI/ML use cases; lead proof-of-concept development and manage the path to enterprise-scale deployment.
  • Leverage Accenture's AI ecosystem and partnerships to shape and deliver cutting-edge client solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering and manufacturing transformation teams.
  • Contribute to capability development, reusable assets, and go-to-market offerings for Manufacturing.
  • Own financial performance, delivery excellence, and risk management across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.
  • Minimum 8 years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience.
  • Hybrid experience both in consulting and in Life Sciences industry.
  • Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms, factory IT/OT, digital twins, and advanced automation.
  • Expertise in big data technologies, ontology, AI/ML framework.
  • Experience in architecting for use cases in Manufacturing.
  • Certification in cloud and edge architecture (AWS certified solution architect and/or Azure solution architect expert).
  • Azure or AWS cloud experience.
  • Knowledge of edge and cloud capabilities.
  • Background working with or managing EPCs and global delivery partners in large scale programs.
  • Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations or managing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems.
  • Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities.
  • Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients.
  • Strong understanding across Life Sciences manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of modern data and AI strategy, including data mesh, data products, semantic layers and how these foundations enable AI-driven manufacturing use cases.
  • Understanding of GxP and regulatory considerations in pharma manufacturing, and how they shape data and AI solutions.
