About the Role

MLSE is seeking a Senior Specialist for the Partnership Development & Solutions team, focusing on sales solutions. This role supports the growth of the Global Partnerships business by identifying opportunities, supporting new business development, and leading pitch strategy, proposal development, sales enablement, and creative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own team workflow, prioritization, and resource allocation across all opportunities
  • Lead strategic thinking, storytelling, and partnership recommendations for high-value prospects
  • Act as the primary partner to Partnership Development leadership on pipeline support and sales enablement
  • Establish and maintain proposal, presentation, and storytelling standards across the organization
  • Collaborate with BP&I and BI to translate insights, research, and market intelligence into compelling commercial narratives
  • Oversee creative development and ensure consistency across all partner-facing materials
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while managing external/internal design resources
  • Measure and continuously improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the Partnership Solutions function
  • Maintain and update sales templates, resource libraries, and centre-of-excellence materials
  • Support the integration of insights, research, and audience data into presentations and proposals
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality control across all Partnership Solutions deliverables

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in a business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related and meaningful experience in a marketing, strategy, sales or consulting role.
  • Solid comprehension of marketing, business development, partnerships, and research fundamentals
  • Ability to provide strategic insight, thought leadership and clear communication (written and verbal) to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent deck building and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proven to be inclusive and empathetic within a team environment; you seek to understand others’ perspectives and incorporate that into your approach.
  • Able to operate in an ambiguous and fluid environment.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple priorities at the same time.
  • A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
  • The role may require availability on evenings and weekends from time to time as needed due to the nature of our business.
