About the Role
The Enterprise Architect supports Pellera's growth by assisting clients with comprehensive multi-practice solutions aligned with business objectives. This role bridges the gap between business needs and IT capabilities, requiring a deep understanding of business processes and technical systems. You will represent Pellera, shape proposals, and drive pre-sales strategy, ensuring alignment with client goals through technical expertise, business acumen, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand and analyze goals and objectives.
- Leverage offerings and practice teams to propose high-value Pellera solutions.
- Present the Pellera Story to clients via executive-level presentations and conversations.
- Clearly explain Pellera's skills and capabilities, referencing relevant offerings and success stories.
- Participate in the development of detailed proposals and implementation plans, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize client business processes using technology.
- Recommend process improvements and automation solutions.
- Work with regional sales leadership on strategic account planning and execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in solution design and architecture.
- Ability to travel overnight minimally 20-25% of work schedule.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
