About the Role

Responsible for the first line maintenance of the site(s) facilities, responding to routine repair and maintenance requests, and proactively monitoring site conditions to suggest and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks and filling gaps on walls.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Install appliances and equipment.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and light fittings.
• Carry out electrical tests (PAT) on office and non-rental assets.
• Strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
• Understand the technical aspects of the job and demonstrate operational ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with equipment.
• Request additional skills when needed to ensure safety.
• Perform cleaning activities.

Requirements

• Self-motivated to achieve without the need for constant line management.
• Understand company processes, follow procedures, and complete systems entry and paperwork accurately.
• Basic knowledge of decorating, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools.
• Proven experience as an assistant director or other similar positions.
• Able to prioritize tasks and time spent.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in the other warehouse site in the UK from time to time.
