About the Role
Trade Nation is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition through affiliate, direct display, and programmatic channels. This role involves managing and optimizing affiliate campaigns, focusing on FTTs, CAC, and sustainable growth, while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of affiliate campaigns, partnerships and performance.
- Identify new opportunities, test and scale what works.
- Ensure all activity meets FCA requirements.
- Manage direct display partnerships and programmatic campaigns.
- Test, optimise and scale campaigns across creative, placements, offers and partners.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in fintech, financial services or another regulated industry.
- Good understanding of financial trading products such as CFDs, forex or spread betting.
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks, ideally Impact.com and/or FinanceAds.
- Experience managing direct display partnerships and programmatic campaigns, ideally using StackAdapt.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, postbacks, pixels, attribution and performance reporting.
- Commercial mindset with experience managing CAC, CPA, commissions and payback.
- Comfortable working closely with Compliance in a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of paid social and paid search, including Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google Ads and/or Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
