About the Role
The Account Supervisor is responsible for executing advertising fundamentals with excellence, providing thought leadership in strategic planning, building during creative development, and ensuring creative output meets client and agency objectives. This role delivers day-to-day work with excellence while building trust with internal departments, clients, and partner agencies. It requires a strong understanding of lower-funnel and performance-oriented marketing, including personalized messaging, audience segmentation, paid social, retail media, and dynamic creative systems, connecting media, audience, and performance insights back into creative and business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated lower-funnel and personalized marketing initiatives across paid social, digital, and retail media environments.
- Partner closely with media, analytics, and strategy teams to develop audience-informed creative solutions.
- Translate campaign performance learnings into recommendations for creative, messaging, and optimization improvements.
- Help manage scalable creative systems that support multiple audiences, placements, and contextual executions.
- Communicate with clients regularly to set project expectations, negotiate deliverables, and obtain updates on the client’s business.
- Manage ways to bring ideas to life across departments, gaining support and ownership from all key stakeholders to execute project plans and productions on time and budget.
- Maintain quality assurance and develop ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience supporting performance-driven and/or audience-based marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with paid social, CRM, retail media, or personalization ecosystems preferred.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns with multiple stakeholders, channels, and asset variations preferred.
- Experience with loyalty or membership campaigns a plus.

- Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and dynamic/modular creative systems.

- Comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving workflows across creative, media, strategy, and analytics teams.
- Strong understanding of how creative should adapt across different channels, audiences, and placements.
- Ability to manage with optimism and calm in the context of a complex, fluid business.
Salary/Compensations
- USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually
