About the Role

Shaughnessy's Irish Pub is seeking a Dishwasher to clean, transport, and store all china, glassware, and silverware, while maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas and the back dock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance.
• Welcome change, open to learning new skills, can problem solve effectively and not afraid to ask questions.
• Understand the important role played in the kitchen and the necessity of clean dishes and equipment for providing the best service.
• Understand and believe that every Crescent associate is a guest relations ambassador, every working minute of every day.
• Experience handling high volumes of dishes required.
• Experience working in Banquets, Catering or large party environments preferred.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends required.
