About the Role
This position within RTR’s FP&A team is central to strategic decision-making, focusing on inventory-related responsibilities. The role is highly cross-functional, involving direct interaction with the C-suite, and requires analytical rigor, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong modeling skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, report on, and provide strategic insights into business performance weekly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory planning, buying, and selling teams to optimize ROI and profitability.
- Perform strategic analysis and modeling to inform key business decisions, including new revenue streams and inventory procurement.
- Present and interpret financial data to senior leadership to impact strategic business decisions.
- Own the FP&A budgeting process for Inventory, including annual review, analysis, and tracking actuals vs. budget.
- Build scenario-based models linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.
- Function effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment, managing time to address high-priority items.
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends.
- Assist in preparing materials for Earnings and Board of Director meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- 4+ years of finance and strategic analysis experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research or FP&A.
- Highly skilled in financial analysis, Excel, and model building.
- Entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- $98,800 to $130,000
