About the Role

We are looking for a social native Creator to join our team in London. You will guide the social visual style for a beloved brand, oversee LIVE event content capture, add your style to creator campaigns, and direct global talent. You will help design and develop ideas for content capture and oversee campaigns from concept to posting.

Responsibilities

• Create content that grabs attention and makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (Views, Saves, Shares…)
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media video formats and editing techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid fire requests and tight timelines.
• Attend creative brainstorms, kick offs, and team meetings, contributing meaningful ideas and design strategy formulation.
• Mentor Creators and Creator Residents, and potentially Art Directors and Copywriters, on best practices, ideation, and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms - social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, etc.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably in advertising, digital media, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, framing, and audio.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Extraordinary content creation skills, capable of execution from start to finish, with a passion for various kinds of creative outlets including video and motion design.
• Responsible, accountable, and self-starter who demonstrates initiative.
• Ability to collaborate with individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive results.
• Partner with the creative lead to ensure high quality creative output across the account.
• Candidates must be authorised to work in the U.K.
