About the Role
The Campaign Support Officer will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of targeted campaigns to provide proactive support to residents. This role involves working across various council teams to understand resident needs and deliver interventions for financial support and specialist advice.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of targeted campaigns.
- Work across council teams such as homelessness, public health, education, and data analytics.
- Understand potential needs of specific resident groups.
- Deliver interventions that provide financial support and specialist advice.
- Ensure people facing challenges receive early and effective support.
- Prevent crisis and increase financial resilience.
Requirements
- Experience delivering resident-focused projects or services.
- Strong understanding of financial inclusion, welfare benefits, and debt support.
- Confident communicator, able to build effective relationships with residents, community partners, and colleagues.
- Experience working with data and digital systems.
- Experience managing competing priorities.
- Experience using insight and evaluation to continually improve campaign impact.
